Fast and the Furious Star Vin Diesel Accused of Sexual Misconduct

Vin Diesel faces allegations of sexual misconduct from a former assistant, despite denying the incident alleged to have occurred thirteen years ago.

Asta Jonasson, who worked for Diesel during the filming of Fast Five in Atlanta, claims that in 2010, the actor took her to his hotel room where he attempted to push her onto the bed, groped her breasts, and tried to remove her underwear.

Reportedly, she ran screaming to the bathroom, where Diesel allegedly cornered her against the wall. Jonasson alleges that Diesel forced her to touch his genitals and masturbated in front of her.

The complaint filed in Los Angeles states, "Ms. Jonasson was unable to escape and closed her eyes, fearing further rejection of Vin Diesel would anger him." The woman was reportedly terminated from her position hours after the incident.

Diesel's attorney asserts there is "clear evidence" against the accusation. "This is the first time he's heard about this more than thirteen-year-old claim from an employee who was allegedly employed for nine days," he stated to Vanity Fair. "Let it be clear, Vin Diesel categorically denies the allegation."
