Russian Artillery Strikes Becoming More Deadly

This report is talking about the artillery strikes that are hitting Ukraine

Ukraine has been successful intercepting Russian missiles but it has declined compared to near the beginning of the war.

Because the effectiveness of Ukrainian’s air defense has been diminishing, Russian forces have intensified drone, missile and ballistic missile strikes.

Kyiv is running low on ammunition for Patriot system which was supplied by the West, the Patriot system does a amazing job defending Ukraine from such strikes.

According to the analysis of daily data by Ukraine’s military command, over the past 6 months Ukraine intercepted around 46% Russian missiles. Which was standing at 73% before but last month the number sank to 30%.

The interception rate of Shahed drones has only gone down by 1% over the past 6 months, now standing at 82%,

Representative of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and Independent Defence analyst confirm these figures paint a accurate picture.

With Russian strikes causing chaos on infrastructure and cities, this has depleted Ukraine’s missile reserves necessary to fend off Russian forces in Ukrainian air space.

The next couple of months are going to determine if Ukrainian forces can fend off Russian air forces, before Western air assets arrive in Ukraine.

Over the past six months data shows Russian forces have launched 45% more drones & missile strikes, this is compared to the last 6 months.

Russia has deployed 2,628 Shahed drones over the past six months, it’s suggested the drones are used before missile strikes to test air defense systems.
